Delete Your RapWarz Account

You can delete your RapWarz account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it — in the app, or by emailing us. You do not need an active subscription, and you do not need to contact support first.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)
This is the fastest route and takes effect right away:
- Open the RapWarz app and sign in.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion” and include the handle and email address on the account. Send it from the email address registered to the account where possible; we may need to verify your identity before we can act. We respond to verified requests and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify:
- Your account information — display name/handle, avatar image, email address, and sign-in details.
- Your gameplay data — trivia and battle stats, rankings, and leaderboard entries.
- Your content — uploaded music, battle and cypher recordings and replays, and photos.
- Your activity — votes, follows, Tips history, reports you filed, and in-app history.
- Your push-notification token.
Some replays are published to our YouTube channel and may remain publicly viewable there. Mention this in your request and we will remove them from YouTube as well.
What is kept, and for how long
We retain a limited set of records after deletion, only where we are required or permitted to:
- Subscription and Tip transaction records — kept for as long as tax, accounting, and financial-record law requires (typically up to 7 years). These are billing records, not profile data.
- Safety and abuse records — reports, blocks, and enforcement records are kept as long as needed to protect other users and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell personal data, and deleted account data is not retained for advertising or analytics.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription. Because Google and Apple process that billing, cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions or App Store → Subscriptions to stop future charges.
