Version 1.0 (Draft) · Effective June 22, 2026 · TNT Holley, Inc.
This Privacy Policy explains how TNT Holley, Inc. (“RapWarz”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RapWarz mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who We Are
RapWarz is operated by TNT Holley, Inc. Questions: [email protected].
2. Information We Collect
– Account information you give us: your display name (handle), email address, password (stored only in hashed form), and whether you join as an Artist or Aficionado. – Sign-in information: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a basic identifier and your email from that provider. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” we receive only the relay address. – Content you create: the music, audio, images, profile details, comments, votes, and ratings you upload or submit. – Usage and device information: how you interact with the app, plus device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, and app/advertising identifiers. – Advertising identifiers: used to show and measure ads (see Section 4). – Payment information: when you give a Tip or, as an Artist, receive payouts, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and verifies the necessary payment, banking, and tax details on Stripe’s own systems. We do not collect or store your full card or bank numbers; we receive limited information such as payout status and a processor account identifier. – Communications: messages you send us for support.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to: operate and provide the Service and your account; deliver, personalize, and measure advertising; process Tips and Artist payouts through Stripe; personalize the content you see; keep the Service safe (fraud, bot, and abuse prevention, and enforcing our User Agreement); communicate with you; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising
We use Google AdMob to show ads in the free version of the Service. Ads may be personalized using advertising identifiers. On iOS, we ask your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before using your identifier for tracking. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings, and a premium subscription removes ads. Google’s handling of ad data is described in Google’s own privacy policies.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, including: Google (AdMob advertising and Google sign-in), Apple (Apple sign-in), RevenueCat (subscription management), Stripe (payment and payout processing), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and analytics providers. We may also share information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. Your Choices and Rights
– Access and update: you can view and edit your account details in the app. – Delete your account: you can delete your account from within the app (Account Settings). Deleting your account removes your account and associated personal information, subject to limited retention the law allows or requires. – Advertising controls: manage ad personalization through your device settings; on iOS, through the tracking permission prompt. – Regional rights: depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA, or the EEA/UK under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, contact [email protected].
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The Service contains user-generated music and battles that may include explicit language and is intended for mature audiences. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
8. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate legal, security, and business purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Users
We operate in the United States and process information there. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, noted in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
